Service Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Registered Mechanical Engineer; Requires at least 3 years of automotive service experience as either service advisor or parts man
• Understand the service process
• Proficient with computer applications
• Able to write business letters/emails
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Results-Oriented; Requires Drivers License

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In charge of the operations of the service
• Monitor RPIs of the Service Team.
• Making sure that the target set by the Distributor and Internal targets are met.
• Monitors Service process and standards are being observed.
