Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field.
- At least 1-year experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
- With Knowledge of HR function (pay & benefits, Lastpay, Booking and Travel Allowance)
- With an understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proven and experience as an HR Officer.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent English communication (both written and verbal)
- Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
- With problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
- Potential to handle a leadership role.
Job Description:
- Handling Last pay, Booking tickets and travel allowance
- Supports the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Performs routine task required to administer and execute human resources programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Supports the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Maintains employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
