DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF MANPOWER REQUEST:
The Human Resources Officer creates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality,productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of superiors workforce. Provides advice, assistance, and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation. Coordinates the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field At least 1-year experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role
With knowledge of HR functions(pay C benefits, recruitment, training C development, etc.) With an understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Proven experience as an HR Officer
Proficient in MS Office(Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Outstanding organizational and time management abilities Excellent English communication(both written and verbal)
Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels With problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Strong ethics and reliability Potential to handle a leadership role
