About the job Recruitment Officer
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field.
- At least 1-year experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role.
- With knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training &
- development, etc.)
- With an understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent English communication (both written and verbal)
- Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
- With problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
- Potential to handle a leadership role.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager regarding the manpower needs of the branch
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Interview candidates in-person or via Zoom or google meet
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
- Host and participate in job fairs and conducting free career orientations
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Review Job Description of the Vacant position
- Coordinate with HR Manager for Job Offers status
- Coordinate the logistics arrangement for new staff to ensure that new staff receive adequate information about the organization and its systems, policies, work desk, computer.
- Ensure that all new recruit employees have their contract signed duly coordinat6ed with dealership HR Officer
- Monitor and update Manatal with coordination with Head Office recruitment department
- Monitor the 30, 60, 90 days check-ins with the new employee
