Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications or Marketing
  • Have the ability to understand Key Performance Indicators as indicated by the company
  • Able to communicate and empathize with clients
  • Preferably with experience in doing outbound telemarketing
  • Fluent in English, Filipino, and local dialect
  • Proficient with computer applications
  • Basic understanding of appointment setting; concept of follow-up
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Results-Oriented

Job Description:

  • Promotes the company through effective customer relations and goodwill.
  • Conducts brand new release orientation to the clients.
  • Ensures that new vehicle sales customers are contacted a week after delivery of the unit to ensure customer satisfaction with the overall dealership experience.
  • Procure service appointments of clients via telephone calls and emails. Approximately 40 outbound calls per day.
  • Attends to customer inquiries and concerns and acts immediately and effectively to resolve the same.
  • Assist the branch on issues requiring assistance and follow-up from/to the manufacturers.
  • Maintains database, spreadsheets, and other mediums set for daily updates and reporting.
  • Submits reportorial requirements on or before the set deadline.
  • Assist the Service Dept. in promoting and implementing the service appointment system.
  • Maintains an accurate and efficient file of customer data.
  • Assist in telemarketing for various promo and events.
