About the job Service Advisor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Graduate or relevant field preferred.
- Knowledgeable with Automotive Service
- Must understand Aftersales Process of Automotive Dealership
- Result-Driven
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Results-Oriented; (Driver's license is a plus)Microsoft Office Proficiency.
Job Description:
- Checklist unit and prepare RO (Repair Order)
- Ensure Complete Documentation is prepared(Warranty Booklet, Vehicle Checklist, PMS Checklist,21 Point Checklist, Technician Notation, Quality Control Form)
- Ensure that the customers' complaints are captured and resolved promptly.
- Ensure that the business relations with the customer are maintained in the best interest of company and the clients.
- To strive and ensure that the quota set target is achieved.
- Responsible in monitoring the progress of the repairs.
- Submit all the reports needed by the manager:1.(Daily Service Advisor Report/Next Calendly Appointment Report.)2.(Updated google Drives and google sheets.)3.(Submission of WIP(Work in Progress)Report.
- Compliance on the Dealer Operating Standard and Management Processes
- Conduct a post-service survey to the customer after 3 days.
- Should comply and abide on the stated company policy
- Additional tasks as per required by superior.
