Qualifications:

  • Must be a Bachelor's degree in Administration or equivalent
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role.
  • Experience in After Sales Service Department is an advantage
  • With advance experience with office management software like MS Office such as MS Excel (PIVOT), MS Word, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be detail oriented
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures, responsible and hardworking
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines, can work under pressure

Job Description:

  • Prepares daily/weekly KPI reports
  • Maintains an updated and organized service department file.
  • Assist in implementing the day-to-day functions of Service department
  • Preparing account statements for insurance, corporate and customers
  • Managing accounts balances
  • Follow up payments on outstanding payments, monitoring all payments and preparing Daily Billing Reports (PWC)
  • Promotes company through effective customer relations and good will.
  • Conducts brand new release orientation to the clients.
  • Attends to customer inquiries and concerns and acts immediately and effectively to resolve the same.
  • Assist the branch on issues requiring assistance and follow-up from/to the manufacturers.
  • Maintains database, spreadsheets and other medium set for daily update and reporting.
  • Assist the Service Dept. in promoting and implementing service appointment system.
  • Maintains an accurate and efficient file of customer data.
  • Assist in telemarketing for various promo and events.
