Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of any Bachelor's Degree.
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role.
  • With advance experience with office management software like MS Office such as MS Excel (PIVOT), MS Word, etc.
  • Supporting the management with general operations to help reach the company's objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be detail oriented
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures, responsible and hardworking
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines, can work under pressure

Job Description:

  • Provide support to the management team of the company's specific department.
  • Work closely with the sales manager of all the Mindanao branches.
  • Monitor reports from the sales manager of all the Mindanao Branches.
  • In charge of submitting daily reports and collection of all the Mindanao Branches.
  • Responsible for performing clerical duties.
  • Carrying out administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings, office communications, etc.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as assigned.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Immediate Head.
