Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of any Bachelor's Degree.
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role.
- With advance experience with office management software like MS Office such as MS Excel (PIVOT), MS Word, etc.
- Supporting the management with general operations to help reach the company's objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be detail oriented
- Solid knowledge of office procedures, responsible and hardworking
- Ability to work under strict deadlines, can work under pressure
Job Description:
- Provide support to the management team of the company's specific department.
- Work closely with the sales manager of all the Mindanao branches.
- Monitor reports from the sales manager of all the Mindanao Branches.
- In charge of submitting daily reports and collection of all the Mindanao Branches.
- Responsible for performing clerical duties.
- Carrying out administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings, office communications, etc.
- Prepare reports and presentations as assigned.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Immediate Head.
