Qualifications:
- Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or similar field (board exam completion not required).
- At least 3 years of experience in Automotive Service.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as other computer applications.
- Strong ability to write business letters and emails.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on delivering timely solutions.
- Must possess a valid Drivers License.
Job Description:
- Monitor pending General Job/Warranty Repair Orders and provide an acceptable timetable for completion.
- Oversee all pending Body Repairs and ensure completion within the established timeline.
- Track all Internal Repair Orders and provide a projected timetable for the completion of repairs.
- Coordinate with Central Parts Department and Distributor Parts Department to ensure timely availability of parts and repairs.
- Make compromise decisions to ensure vehicles are released promptly, with corresponding billing processed accordingly.
- Collaborate with the Service Revenue Manager to handle meetings with non-paying or irate clients.
- Prepare revenue reports that align with released vehicles, ensuring submission of corresponding invoices and payment references.
- Work closely with Aftersales Managers, GJ Service Advisors, BP Service Advisors, and Foremen to relay important information to the Technical Manager under the supervision of the AVP.
- Perform general troubleshooting as necessary.
