Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or similar field (board exam completion not required).
  • At least 3 years of experience in Automotive Service.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as other computer applications.
  • Strong ability to write business letters and emails.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on delivering timely solutions.
  • Must possess a valid Drivers License.


Job Description:

  • Monitor pending General Job/Warranty Repair Orders and provide an acceptable timetable for completion.
  • Oversee all pending Body Repairs and ensure completion within the established timeline.
  • Track all Internal Repair Orders and provide a projected timetable for the completion of repairs.
  • Coordinate with Central Parts Department and Distributor Parts Department to ensure timely availability of parts and repairs.
  • Make compromise decisions to ensure vehicles are released promptly, with corresponding billing processed accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the Service Revenue Manager to handle meetings with non-paying or irate clients.
  • Prepare revenue reports that align with released vehicles, ensuring submission of corresponding invoices and payment references.
  • Work closely with Aftersales Managers, GJ Service Advisors, BP Service Advisors, and Foremen to relay important information to the Technical Manager under the supervision of the AVP.
  • Perform general troubleshooting as necessary.
