QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • At least 1 year experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role.
  • With knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training &
  • development, etc.)
  • With an understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Proven experience as an HR Officer.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent English communication (both written and verbal)
  • Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
  • With problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
  • Strong ethics and reliability.
  • Potential to handle a leadership role.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and publish job ads in various portals
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager regarding the manpower needs of the branch
  • Screen resumes and job applications
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
  • Interview candidates in person or via Zoom or Google Meet
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire
  • Host and participate in job fairs and conduct free career orientations
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
  • Review the Job Description of the Vacant position
  • Coordinate with HR Manager for Job Offers status
  • Coordinate the logistics arrangement for new staff to ensure that new staff receive adequate information about the organization and its systems, policies, work desk, and computer.
  • Ensure that all newly recruited employees have their contract signed duly coordinated with the dealership HR Officer
  • Monitor and update Manatal with coordination with the Head Office recruitment department
  • Monitor the 30, 60, 90 days check-ins with the new employee
