Qualifications
- Graduate of a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Knowledgeable in HR functions such as payroll, benefits, last pay processing, booking, and travel allowance.
- With an understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrates integrity, strong ethics, and reliability.
- Ability to take on leadership responsibilities when required.
Job Description
- Handles last pay processing, booking of tickets, and travel allowance arrangements.
- Supports the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resources programs, including but not limited to:
- Compensation
- Benefits
- Leave administration
- Disciplinary matters
- Disputes and investigations
- Performance and talent management
- Employee productivity, recognition, and morale
- Occupational health and safety
- Training and development
- Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Assists in the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Maintains employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
