Qualifications:
- A graduate in Mechanical Engineering or similar (does not need to have completed board exam)
- 3 years of Automotive service experience
- Proficient in Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficient with computer applications
- Able to write business letter/emails
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills & Results oriented
- Requires Drivers License
Job Description:
- Ability to monitor all pending General Job/Warranty repair orders and provide an acceptable timetable for completed repair.
- Ability to monitor all pending Body Repairs and provide an acceptable timetable for the completed repair.
- Ability to monitor all pending Internal Repair Orders and provide an acceptable timetable for the completed repair.
- Coordinate with Central Parts Department as well as the Distributor Parts Department to make sure that all repairs meet the required timeline.
- Make compromise decisions to make sure that vehicles will be out in the shortest amount of time with the corresponding billing.
- Have the ability to coordinate with the Service Revenue Manager to accommodate meetings with non-paying clients/irate clients.
- Create revenue reports vs. all vehicles released (submission of corresponding invoices and payment references will be required)
- Aftersales Managers, GJ Service Advisors, BP Service Advisors, and all Foreman to report all pertinent details to the Technical Manager under the Supervision of the AVP.
