About the job Sales Consultant
Job Summary:
The Sales Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling Nissan vehicles while delivering excellent customer service. The role involves assisting clients throughout the buying process, from inquiry to vehicle delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell Nissan vehicles to prospective customers
- Assist clients in selecting the appropriate vehicle based on their needs and preferences
- Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries, both walk-in and online, in a timely and professional manner
- Process sales documentation and coordinate with concerned departments for smooth transactions
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and ongoing promotions
- Participate in sales events, exhibits, and marketing activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive or retail industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a pleasing personality
- Goal-oriented and highly motivated
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge in MS Office and basic digital tools
- With a valid driver's license (preferred)
Work Schedule:
- Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
