  • Experience in an accounts receivable position is an advantage.
  • With a solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations
  • Proficient in data entry.
  • Willing to work under pressure.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent in organizing and prioritizing.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Hardworking and responsible, ability to meet deadlines.

Job Description:

  • Prepare documents, and verify before/prior to releasing of the unit.
  • Call and email banks for verification of accounts.
  • Scan, and send the Daily Sales Report and documents of the released unit to Head Office Personnel and Supervisor.
  • Prepare Request chattel budget, pull out units, and other related requests.
  • Do chattel typing and printing.
  • Liquidation of pull-outs and chattel requests.
  • Inventory of units received and released.
  • Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.
  • Preparing bills receivable, invoices, and bank deposits.
  • Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
  • Ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.
  • Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
