QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bacherlor's Degree in a relevant field, such as accounting, finance, or business administration
- Relevant experience in auditing, compliance, or related fields
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations
- Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively
- Strong ethical standards and a commitment to accuracy and professionalism
- Strong understanding of LTO regulations, policies, and procedures
- Submits on time, detail-oriented, can work independently, can multitask, and makes sure all documents to process/submit won't have errors
- At least 1 year of experience in works is an advantage
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
LTO
- Perform regular and ad-hoc audits of LTO operations, including vehicle registration, and other related functions
- Ensure compliance with LTO regulations, policies, and procedures
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to LTO services and procedures
RELEASING:
- Verify that supporting documents, attachments, and enclosures are present and valid
- Thoroughly examine all documents related to disbursements and ensure they are complete, accurate, and properly approved by authorized officials
INVENTORY:
- Compare physical inventory counts (units) with inventory records to identify discrepancies
- Document and report any discrepancies or issues found during audits
