QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bacherlor's Degree in a relevant field, such as accounting, finance, or business administration
  • Relevant experience in auditing, compliance, or related fields
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively
  • Strong ethical standards and a commitment to accuracy and professionalism
  • Strong understanding of LTO regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Submits on time, detail-oriented, can work independently, can multitask, and makes sure all documents to process/submit won't have errors
  • At least 1 year of experience in works is an advantage

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

LTO 

  • Perform regular and ad-hoc audits of LTO operations, including vehicle registration, and other related functions
  • Ensure compliance with LTO regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and corrective actions. 
  • Communicate audit findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to LTO services and procedures

RELEASING:

  • Verify that supporting documents, attachments, and enclosures are present and valid
  • Thoroughly examine all documents related to disbursements and ensure they are complete, accurate, and properly approved by authorized officials

INVENTORY:

  • Compare physical inventory counts (units) with inventory records to identify discrepancies
  • Document and report any discrepancies or issues found during audits
