QUALIFICATION:

  • Must be graduate of any business related course but Management Accounting graduate is an advantage
  • Must have a strong personality, a proactive individual.
  • Have an experience in office clerical works and documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to problem-solve independently and without constant supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure and upholds confidentiality in all professional matters.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • With a solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process company's daily unit releases
  • Maintains and encode accurate daily releases report in the Google Drive
  • Printing of invoices and chattel mortgages
  • Insures the unit vehicle prior from the release of unit
  • Scanned and upload releases in the Google Drive
  • Monitors insurance in the drive
  • Coordinate with the comptroller department for daily releases
  • Segregate documents needed for LTO registration and bank docs
  • Coordinate with the Accounts Receivable Department for documents deficiencies that was transmitted to the bank
  • Other duties assigned to them
