JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications or Marketing
Have the ability to understand Key Performance Indicators as indicated by the company
Able to communicate and empathize with clients
Preferably with experience in doing outbound telemarketing
Fluent in English, Filipino and local dialect
Proficient with computer applications
Basic understanding of appointment setting; concept of follow up
Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
Results-Oriented
JOB FUNCTIONS:
Promotes company through effective customer relations and good will.
Conducts brand new release orientation to the clients.
Ensures that new vehicle sales customers are contacted a week after delivery of the unit to ensure customer's satisfaction on overall dealership experience.
Procure service appointments of clients via telephone calls and emails. Approximately 40 outbound calls per day.
Attends to customer inquiries and concerns and acts immediately and effectively to resolve the same.
Assist the branch on issues requiring assistance and follow-up from/to the manufacturers.
Maintains database, spreadsheets and other medium set for daily update and reporting.
Submits reportorial requirements on or before the set deadline.
Assist the Service Dept. in promoting and implementing service appointment system.
Maintains an accurate and efficient file of customer data.
Assist in telemarketing for various promo and events.
