JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications or Marketing

  • Have the ability to understand Key Performance Indicators as indicated by the company

  • Able to communicate and empathize with clients

  • Preferably with experience in doing outbound telemarketing

  • Fluent in English, Filipino and local dialect

  • Proficient with computer applications

  • Basic understanding of appointment setting; concept of follow up

  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Results-Oriented


JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Promotes company through effective customer relations and good will.

  • Conducts brand new release orientation to the clients.

  • Ensures that new vehicle sales customers are contacted a week after delivery of the unit to ensure customer's satisfaction on overall dealership experience.

  • Procure service appointments of clients via telephone calls and emails. Approximately 40 outbound calls per day.

  • Attends to customer inquiries and concerns and acts immediately and effectively to resolve the same.

  • Assist the branch on issues requiring assistance and follow-up from/to the manufacturers.

  • Maintains database, spreadsheets and other medium set for daily update and reporting.

  • Submits reportorial requirements on or before the set deadline.

  • Assist the Service Dept. in promoting and implementing service appointment system.

  • Maintains an accurate and efficient file of customer data.

  • Assist in telemarketing for various promo and events.
