Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aftersales Manager to join our team. The Aftersales Manager will be responsible for managing the aftersales process for our various products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve aftersales processes and procedures
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Manage a team of aftersales representatives, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Conduct regular training and development programs for aftersales staff
- Create and maintain aftersales reports and metrics to track performance and identify trends
- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve aftersales operations
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs
- Participate in budget planning and ensure efficient use of resources
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing aftersales operations and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Willingness to travel as required
