Duties & Responsibilities

Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to evaluate the quality of repairs and manufacturing processes.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality control processes. Prepare reports on quality metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
Compliance Monitoring:
Ensure that all processes comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Stay updated on relevant automotive standards and regulations.
Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control procedures and best practices. Root Cause Analysis:
Investigate quality issues to determine root causes and develop effective solutions.
Implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence of defects.
Supplier Quality Management:
Evaluate and monitor the quality of parts and materials supplied by vendors. Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve product quality.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
Participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives to enhance overall product quality.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: A degree in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field is often preferred.
