Qualifications:

• College graduates, we accept undergraduates with Warehousing/Inventory experience
• Have previous experience with Parts Dept. (Auto Dealership) or Auto Supply/Parts Supply Store.
• Has knowledge in Automotive parts and their functions
• Excellent in Excel & Word.
• Warehousing Skill and Organizational Skills is a must.

Job Description:

1. Receive, inspect and properly store spare parts and materials upon delivery.
2. Ensure accurate inventory control, including proper labeling, binning and stock
arrangement.
3. Release parts accurately and on time to technicians, service advisors,and other
authorized personnel.
4. Monitor stock levels and prepare timely parts requisitions to avoid shortages or
overstocking.
5. Maintain updated and accurate records of parts issuance, receipts and returns.
6. Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure correct parts are
issued based on job orders.
7. Verify part numbers, specifications and compatibility to avoid incorrect
issuance.
8. Conduct regular physical inventory and reconcile variances with system
records.
9. Ensure cleanliness, orderliness and safety within the parts storage area.
10.Assist in parts pricing, quotation preparation and availability checking when
released.
11.Comply with company policies, procedures and manufacturer standards.
12.Support aftersales operations to ensure timely and quality service delivery to
customers.
