Foreman / Leadman - Nissan Libis

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Leads and monitors the efficiency of contractors.

2. Ensures all jobs are carried out.

3. Monitors and assists contractual works according to R.O.

4. Ensures quality of workmanship output of contractor.

5. Verifies the quantity of materials for a specific internal job.

6. Monitors labor time guide for each R.O. so that jobs may be finished at the promised time.

7. To head or supervise the Tinsmith and Paint Area.

8. To monitor the progress of Repair.

9. Obtains cleanliness, orderliness, 5's in workshop.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any automotive course
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Accurate and Organize
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Graduate of Automotive Degree
• Certified NCI and NCII
• With at least 1 year experience in Dealership/Automotive industry
