Qualifications:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and components after the repair to ensure compliance with quality standards. Identify defects or issues and document findings for corrective action. 
  • Testing and Evaluation: Perform functional tests on vehicles and components to assess performance and safety. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to evaluate the quality of repairs and manufacturing processes. 
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality control processes. Prepare reports on quality metrics, trends, and areas for improvement. 
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all processes comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Stay updated on relevant automotive standards and regulations. 
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control procedures and best practices. 
  • Root Cause Analysis: Investigate quality issues to determine root causes and develop effective solutions. Implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence of defects. 
  • Supplier Quality Management: Evaluate and monitor the quality of parts and materials supplied by vendors. Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve product quality. 
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives to enhance overall product quality.
