Duties & Responsibilities

Job Scheduling and Coordination:

  • Communicate job status, changes, and issues to relevant stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management.
  • Facilitate meetings to discuss job progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Ensure that all jobs adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct inspections and audits to verify that work meets specified criteria.
  • Implement corrective actions as needed to address quality issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of job progress, changes, and outcomes.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on job status, performance metrics, and other relevant information.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a job control, project management, or coordination role, with a solid understanding of scheduling and resource management.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in job management software and tools.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
