QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field.
  • At least 1-year experience in Employee Engagement or similar HR role.
  • With Knowledge of HR function.
  • With an understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Proven and experience as an HR Officer.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent English communication (both written and verbal)
  • Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
  • With problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
  • Strong ethics and reliability.
  • Potential to handle a leadership role.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle all administrative tasks for recruitment process/onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews.
  • Issue employment contracts and BPI endorsement.
  • Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
  • Prepare payroll reports and update the HR reports.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Perform administrative hearing and prepare memos for violators.
  • Process/facilitate the last pay of resigned employees.
  • Prepare PMF (Personnel Movement Form) for any changes; change of department, change in position and probationary to regularization.
