QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field.
- At least 1-year experience in Employee Engagement or similar HR role.
- With Knowledge of HR function.
- With an understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proven and experience as an HR Officer.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent English communication (both written and verbal)
- Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
- With problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
- Potential to handle a leadership role.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle all administrative tasks for recruitment process/onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews.
- Issue employment contracts and BPI endorsement.
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
- Prepare payroll reports and update the HR reports.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Perform administrative hearing and prepare memos for violators.
- Process/facilitate the last pay of resigned employees.
- Prepare PMF (Personnel Movement Form) for any changes; change of department, change in position and probationary to regularization.
