JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering; Mechanical-related Work
• Have the ability to understand Key Performance Indicators as indicated by the company.
• Able to communicate and empathize with clients
• Basic understanding of appointment setting, concept of follow-up
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Results-Oriented; Drivers License is a plus
  
  

JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Making outbound calls for no-shows, answering calls, and keeping records of calls.
• Maintaining accurate customer records. Schedule appointments and record daily calls.
• Sell products and services. Maintain a 5's Smile, greet, and bow.
• Back up for the service advisor if needed. Report to the Aftersales Manager. Update retention.
