QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field.
  • At least 1-year experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
  • With Knowledge of HR function (pay & benefits, Last pay, Booking and Travel Allowance)
  • With an understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Proven and experience as an HR Officer.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent English communication (both written and verbal)
  • Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
  • With problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
  • Strong ethics and reliability.
  • Potential to handle a leadership role.

DUTIES ADN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Endorse checks for deposits to company messengers (1st hour in the morning and or after lunch in the afternoon.)
  • Checks email and assist local branches for signatories of BPI endorsements, Offer of Appointment, Personnel Movement documents for signature here in Head Office from Local HR once signed.
  • Encode received clearances from local branches to one drive monitoring and route for signatories.
  • Route clearances to AR, Support Group, AP, VP Operations, Comptroller, Central Parts, AHRM, HRM, HRD, VP endorse clearances to Payroll Department once all signatories are all done.
  • Constant checking of clearances with pending and missing documents and ask local HR for the lacking requirements
  • Monitoring of one drive for last pay with uncollected accounts
  • Monitoring and updating of One Drive for last pay currently routing
  • Prepare Holiday Memos and route for signatories (if there's upcoming holidays) and send out to local branches. Prepare necessary documentations for company outing
  • Assist to all other task that the HR Manager and or the company may need IN charge of Roving Schedule AM and PM every Thursday
  • In Charge of Roving schedule AM and PM (is someone needs assistance, example if the charge in charge for roving. Route for signatories the performance appraisal of employees from local branches
  • Prepare COE as requested by active employees as per request (example: for loans, etc.)
  • Check the received loan forms for Pag-ibig, SSS, and endorse to payroll
  • Same process for SSS Sickness reimbursement and SSS maternity reimbursement
  • Prepare Certificate of Non-Advancement for SSS Maternity Benefit for resigned employees (only if received required.) Do all other task as per request of payroll (Example: Going out to transact personally with office of SSS, HDMF)
  • Any other tasks that will be assigned accordingly.
