Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of any Bachelor's Degree.
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role.
- With advance experience with office management software like MS Office such as MS Excel (PIVOT), MS Word, etc.
- Supporting the management with general operations to help reach the company's objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be detail oriented
- Solid knowledge of office procedures, responsible and hardworking
- Ability to work under strict deadlines, can work under pressure
Job Description:
- Provide support to the management team of the company's specific department.
- Responsible for performing clerical duties.
- Carrying out administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings, office communications, etc.
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Maintain and update reports.
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
- Prepare reports and presentations as assigned.
- Organize office and assist associate in ways that optimize procedures.
- Sorting and distributing communications in a timely manner.
- Communicate to different branches.
- Process orders via email or phone
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Coordination with distributor and head office.
- Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries of units
- Maintain and update sales record
- Develop monthly sales report
- Close coordination with all branches for reports
- Encodes/Updates Data Management System (DMS) for MG.
