Job description:
- Process orders via email or phone
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Coordination with distributor and head office
- Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries of units
- Maintain and update sales record
- Develop monthly sales report
- Close coordination with all branches for reports
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as Corporate Sales Administrator or Sales Support
- Understanding of sales performance matrix
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with a high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
