Building Maintenance Technician

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have thorough knowledge and skills in the following scope: Fireflow, Basic Carpentry, Weldong Works, Painting Works, Electrical, HVAC Airconditioning, Plumbing & Masonry
  
• Performing quality checks of repairs on HVAC, Electrical, AC, and Plumbing
  
• NCII holder in Electric and HVAC is a must
  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for basic maintenance & repair of facility including interior & exterior and vital systems.
  
• Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, Masonry, and FirePro
  
• Basic carpentry and welding works
  
• Basic painting works
