  • Job Description
    • Provide support to the management team of the company's specific department.
    • Responsible for performing clerical duties.
    • Carrying out administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings, office communications, etc.
    • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
    • Maintain and update reports.
    • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
    • Prepare reports and presentations as assigned.
    • Organize office and assist associate in ways that optimize procedures.
    • Sorting and distributing communications in a timely manner.
    • Communicate to different branches.

    Qualifications:

    • Must be a graduate of any Bachelor's Degree.
    • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role.
    • With advance experience with office management software like MS Office such as MS Excel (PIVOT), MS Word, etc.
    • Supporting the management with general operations to help reach the company's objectives.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be detail oriented
    • Solid knowledge of office procedures, responsible and hardworking
    • Ability to work under strict deadlines, can work under pressure
