Qualifications:

• Graduate of Automotive course/Mechanical Engineering
• Knows how to process insurance claims
• Knowledge in automotive and car
• Customer service oriented
• Analytical, Excellent communication skills
• Computer Literate
• Can drive any vehicle

Job Description:

• Provide repair estimates and forward all required documents to insurance for LOA processing.
  
• Receive and log in BRP units for service repair.
  
• Prepare and process accurate Repair Orders (RO).
  
• Communicate with clients regarding job details, costs, and updates.
  
• Coordinate with contractors/technicians on repair jobs.
  
• Monitor repair progress and ensure quality before release.
  
• Maintain proper documentation and service records.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOP.
  
• Provide aftersales support and secure customer satisfaction.
  
• Follow dealership policies and safety protocols.
