Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing travel arrangements
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of sales materials and information
- Monitor and track sales activities and provide reports to management
- Attend sales meetings and take minutes as needed
- Assist in the planning and execution of sales events and conferences
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and ordering supplies
- Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline sales processes and procedures
