Qualification : 

  • A graduate of BSBA major in Management Accounting or a related course
  • Proven work experience as a Payroll Officer, Payroll Clerk, or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and accounting software
  • With strong background in Compensation & Benefits, Payables, Bookkeeping & Money Sorting
  • Above-average communication skills and, computer proficient
  • Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Goal-oriented, has the ability to work under pressure & multi-tasking, and with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work in a fast-paced environment.
    
    JOB FUNCTIONS:
    
    
    • Handles and prepares all payroll, commissions, and deductions related concerns of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao branches
    • 13th Month Pay/Online processing of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao branches
    • Payroll processing/Online every cut-off (includes all attachments summary) (Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao branches)
    • Finalizes New Joiners & Resigned employee Summary every cut off (Grandcars & Grand Canyon)
    • Prepares Payroll Summary Report every cut-off (all branches)
    • Prepares Tardiness Summary every cut-off (all branches)
    • Prepares and processes monthly Remittances Summary Report of SSS, Philhealth and HRDMF Premium, SSS Loans, and, HDMF Loans)
    • Process SSS Sickness and Maternity Benefits & PhilHealth Request
    • Monitors SSS & HDMF Loans
    • In charge of Last Pay computation and Quitclaim preparations
    • Prepares monthly report for ER2 & R1A for Luzon Visayas and Mindanao
    • Withholding Tax Summary Report
    • Filing All Documents (remittances)
