About the job HR Payroll Officer
Qualification :
- A graduate of BSBA major in Management Accounting or a related course
- Proven work experience as a Payroll Officer, Payroll Clerk, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and accounting software
- With strong background in Compensation & Benefits, Payables, Bookkeeping & Money Sorting
- Above-average communication skills and, computer proficient
- Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors
- Good knowledge of labor legislation
- Excellent time management skills
- Goal-oriented, has the ability to work under pressure & multi-tasking, and with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information and work in a fast-paced environment.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Handles and prepares all payroll, commissions, and deductions related concerns of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao branches
- 13th Month Pay/Online processing of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao branches
- Payroll processing/Online every cut-off (includes all attachments summary) (Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao branches)
- Finalizes New Joiners & Resigned employee Summary every cut off (Grandcars & Grand Canyon)
- Prepares Payroll Summary Report every cut-off (all branches)
- Prepares Tardiness Summary every cut-off (all branches)
- Prepares and processes monthly Remittances Summary Report of SSS, Philhealth and HRDMF Premium, SSS Loans, and, HDMF Loans)
- Process SSS Sickness and Maternity Benefits & PhilHealth Request
- Monitors SSS & HDMF Loans
- In charge of Last Pay computation and Quitclaim preparations
- Prepares monthly report for ER2 & R1A for Luzon Visayas and Mindanao
- Withholding Tax Summary Report
- Filing All Documents (remittances)
