JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

A combination of technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and excellent customer service abilities. They must be able to explain complex repair processes clearly, manage customer expectations, and ensure a positive experience throughout the repair process.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Male/Female
  2. Bachelor Degree/Automotive (4 yrs course) is an advantage
  3. Auto Service Advisor experience is an advantage
  4. Preferably with body repair and painting experience with familiarity to insurance claims
  5. Meeting deadlines and ensuring timely completion of repairs
  6. Excellent customer service skills and auto knowledge is a must
  7. Computer literate and strong communication skills
  8. SAP knowledge is an advantage
  9. Customer Service oriented
  10. With good interpersonal skills
  11. Must be driver's license holder
