Job Controller

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a job control, project management, or coordination role, with a solid understanding of scheduling and resource management
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Job Scheduling and Coordination
• Develop and maintain job schedules, ensuring alignment with project deadlines and resource availability
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth job execution
• Adjust schedules as needed to address delays or changes in project scope

Resource Management:

• Allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, effectively to meet job requirements
  
• Monitor resource usage and availability, making adjustments to optimize efficiency

Communication and Liaison:

• Act as the primary point of contact for job-related inquiries and updates
• Communicate job status, changes, and issues to relevant stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management
• Facilitate meetings to discuss job progress, challenges, and solutions

Quality Control and Compliance:

• Ensure that all jobs adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Conduct inspections and audits to verify that work meets specified criteria
• Implement corrective actions as needed to address quality issues

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of job progress, changes, and outcomes
• Prepare and submit regular reports on job status, performance metrics, and other relevant information

Problem-Solving:

• Identify potential issues or bottlenecks in job execution and develop strategies to resolve them.
• Implement solutions to overcome challenges and prevent recurring problems.
