QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field.
  • At least 1-year experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
  • With Knowledge of HR function (pay & benefits, Lastpay, Booking and Travel Allowance)
  • With an understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Proven and experience as an HR Officer.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent English communication (both written and verbal)
  • Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
  • With problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
  • Strong ethics and reliability.
  • Potential to handle a leadership role.
    

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF MANPOWER REQUEST:

The Human Resources Officer creates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of superiors workforce. Provides advice, assistance, and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation. Coordinates the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
