We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager / Sales Manager with a strong background in software and technology sales to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving sales growth. This role requires frequent travel between Saudi Arabia and Egypt to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Saudi Arabian and Egyptian markets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination between Grafene Consulting and its clients.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, specifically in the software and technology sectors.
  • Experience working in Saudi Arabia and a strong understanding of the Saudi market and business culture.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets in the tech industry.
