Technology Solutions Junior Consultant

Scope

We are looking for Technical IT Consultants who are creative problem-solvers who will be responsible for providing professional consulting services to our clients in the field of Technology and Business Solutions Services.

Key Responsibilities including:

1. Understanding the clients IT environment.
2. Understanding the clients IT capabilities and the solutions requirements.
3. Facilitating technical training, presentations, and meetings.
4. Handling solutions implementations/ migrations.
5. Handling solutions technical configurations.
6. Handling the implementation/ migration technical processes from testing environments to production environments.
7. Providing technical support and trouble shooting.

Requirements:

• Degree in computer engineering/science, information technology, or related fields.
• (0-1) years of experience.
• Completed the ITI Training is a plus.
• A proven track record of hands-on experience / Good and basic knowledge in one of the following topics:
  • IT networking skills.
  • Windows Server.
  • Active Directory.
  • UNIX, Linux and Linux Commands infrastructure including File System, Registry, Active Directory, user profiles, security.
  • Technical support.
  • Virtualized technologies such VMWare and Hyper-V.
  • Databases knowledge such as MYSQL, MSSQL.

• Excellent command of English Language (written and verbal skills).
• Flexibility to Travel to customer sites when required.
