Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Audit Associate to join our dynamic audit team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting with the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of audit assignments in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.

Conduct detailed financial analyses and tests to evaluate the accuracy and integrity of financial statements.

Identify and document audit issues, risks, and findings, and communicate them effectively to senior team members and clients.

Prepare audit working papers and ensure proper documentation of audit processes and findings.

Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and provide support during the audit process.

Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and audit regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.

Contribute to the development and implementation of audit methodologies and tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification (part-qualified candidates will also be considered).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
