Were looking for a senior recruitment leader to build, scale, and own our global recruitment engine. This is not a people-management-only role. This is a growth and delivery leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and scale multi-region recruitment teams across LATAM, North America, APAC and EMEA

  • Hire, develop, and retain high-performing recruiters and leaders

  • Own global recruitment KPIs (time-to-submit, time-to-hire, fill rate, SLA, productivity)

  • Enable delivery excellence in competitive MSP environments

  • Partner with sales and account leadership on new wins and expansions

  • Own ATS strategy, process standardization, and recruiter enablement

  • Drive automation, tooling, and scalable delivery systems

What Were Looking For

  • Strong experience in agency recruitment

  • Proven experience scaling large recruitment teams

  • Strong background in MSP and enterprise delivery

  • High-volume and complex role recruitment expertise

  • KPI-driven operator with commercial mindset

  • Fluent in English (Spanish or Portuguese preferred)

  • LATAM experience required
