What Youll Do

- As a Global Sales Manager, you will handle end-to-end sales from identifying potential clients to closing deals across Latin American and other global markets.

- Identify and engage potential global clients through online meetings, emails, and industry events.

- Understand client business needs and propose tailored SaaS solutions in collaboration with technical and development teams.

- Develop and execute market-specific sales strategies in close collaboration with strategic planning, marketing, and product teams.

- Analyze sales data to monitor performance and improve the global sales process.

- Create and localize sales materials and proposals fitting regional market characteristics.

Who Were Looking For

- Minimum 5 years of experience in global B2B solution or platform sales.

- Strong written and presentation skills in English, with the ability to conduct business meetings confidently in English and Spanish.

- Deep understanding of IT services, SaaS business models, and digital platforms.

- Capability to analyze client challenges using data-driven insights and technology-based problem-solving.

- CRM proficiency with experience managing pipelines and customer lifecycles.

Preferred Qualifications

- Track record building sales or GTM strategies for global markets.

- Bilingual communicator fluent in English and Spanish.

- Understanding of supply chain management (SCM) or international logistics processes.

- Experience with B2B technical sales, solution integration, or long-cycle enterprise sales.

- Data-driven sales experience such as sales process improvement, demos, or feedback loop management.

- Passion for global SaaS ecosystems and cross-cultural collaboration.
