DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

The KID MINDER will be responsible for ensuring that they provide high quality childcare, within a positive, safe and happy environment. The Kid Minder will be responsible for planning and preparing a programme of play based activities and in the completion of all relevant record keeping, paperwork and administration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To plan, provide and take part in play-based activities that stimulate and support children's intellectual, physical, social, emotional and language development.

• Listening to, encouraging, enabling, stimulating and ensuring the safe keeping of the children.
• To build and maintain positive and professional relationships with parents/carers
• To deliver a high level of customer service at all times
• coordinating the events and activities and business development e.g., Visiting Schools and mobilize pupils to visit the fun zone.
• Keeping children safe while their parents are busy or unable to do so. A Kid minder will be responsible for providing a safe environment that is free from dangers - from dangerous surfaces to allergens.
• Giving emotional support to children, making sure they are secure and happy 

Education & Experience

• Certification in Early Education and Childcare or any other relevant field.
• Proven work experience in a similar role.
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Great understanding as well as sensitivity for providing childcare
• Excellent verbal communication skills as well as customer service skills for providing care to Kids.
• Ability to remain calm even in stressful situations
