Position Summary:

We are looking for Service Stewardesses (Restaurant Waitresses) for a fleet of private motor yachts in the Middle East.

Female candidates only.

The vessels are mainly based there but could potentially travel to the Mediterranean as well, so candidates need to be happy to be based in the Middle East for a while.

The start date is flexible and there will be a training week that the candidates need to attend, as well as several assessment weeks organised during the year.

Contract is 4 months on and 2 months vacation. (Rotational contract)

Flights to/from the yacht is provided.

24/7 medical coverage.

MLC contract / standard Seafarers Employment Agreement.

Salary Package on offer:

Juniors start at 2500 EUR/month, experienced crew at 3050 EUR/month salary is increased after 3 months successful probation.

Key requirements:

Minimum age for all applicants is 21 years 30 years max.

Must have clear criminal record.

Must not be on any chronic medication and have clear medical history.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Passionate about people and able to handle sailor complaints with a smile!

Minimum luxury cruise ship background or high-end hospitality experience preferable. (5* star hotels)

Full length pictures will be required with the application smart & professional looking.

STCW basic training certificates preferable.

Valid seafarers medical preferable.

Seamans booklet/discharge booklet in hand preferable.
