About the job Front Office Manager
- Ability to manage and lead staff
- Willing to train staff regularly, and to attend training sessions, when required
- Understanding of, and ability to manage reservations remotely
- APEX - excellent knowledge is a winning skill
- Understanding of Market segments and room rates
- Excellent understanding of and able to manage room allocations, blocks, and large volumes including groups
- Daily management of guest/company accounts
- Computer literate
- Good communication skills and focussed on guest satisfaction and service
- Willing to work varied shifts
- Good relationships with management, and able to liaise with other departments
