Position Summary:

Follow recipe standards, correct usage and care of equipment, proper storage and stock rotation.

Prep and peel vegetables, slice cheese, prepare salads, collect pots and pans and general culinary duties as assigned.

Will rotate through various galley sections on a bi-monthly basis.

Clean and sanitize workstation according to USPH standards.


Key requirements:

Minimum age for all applicants is 21 years.

Must have clear criminal record.

Must not be on any chronic medication and have clear medical history.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Minimum one two years cooking experience (this may include apprenticeship time) in a large, high volume production kitchen, 200.

Formal Culinary education, preferred.

Ship experience a plus.

Flexibility to work in a any section of the kitchen and rotate positions as well as working in cold prep rooms necessary.

Hygiene certification preferable.
