As a member of the EFFY Retail Boutique Team, you will cruise to the most scenic and sought after corners of the earth, all while building relationships, closing sales and working together as a team and paving a path to a future of limitless professional and personal growth. Our EFFY Boutique Team, comprised of our Boutique leaders (Managers/Supervisors), Ambassadors/Shopping Concierges/Jewelry Event Managers/Jewelry Experts, etc & Sales Associates, together, are the key source of both relationship and jewelry knowledge to our guests and with their relatable and magnetic personalities will help their guests find something they love, not only just once but to help our guests embark on an EFFY journey that lasts a lifetime.

We are looking for:

• Driven / Goal orientated
• Great personality / positive/genuine
• Ship experience (preferable)
• Sales experience (A must)

• Fine Jewelry Experience (preferable but not deal breaker)
