Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Audit / IT Compliance professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company's IT systems and processes comply with industry standards and regulations, as well as identifying and mitigating potential risks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct audits of our company's IT systems, processes, and controls to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them

- Develop and implement IT compliance policies and procedures

- Monitor and report on compliance levels and provide recommendations for improvement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures

- Stay updated on industry regulations and standards and communicate any changes to relevant stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- At least 3 years of experience in IT audit or IT compliance roles

- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards such as ISO, NIST, and GDPR

- Experience with conducting IT audits and risk assessments

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP are a plus
