Job Summary: Orchestrate the delivery of high-impact technology initiatives that power our massive retail ecosystem. Acting as the vital bridge between business stakeholders and technical execution teams, you will drive complex enterprise IT projects from inception to successful deployment. You will ensure that cross-functional teams collaborate seamlessly and that software solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and under budget, while maximizing business value.

Job Responsibilities:

  • IT Project Management (PM): * Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for software development, infrastructure upgrades, or digital transformation initiatives.

    • Define project scope, allocate resources, manage multi-million baht budgets, and proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
    • Facilitate communication between executive stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams (Dev, QA, Infra) using appropriate methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
    • Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, and SLA agreements relevant to the project.
  • Project Coordination (Project Co): * Provide essential operational and administrative support to the Project Management Office (PMO).

    • Track daily project progress, manage complex schedules, organize cross-functional meetings, and prepare comprehensive meeting minutes.
    • Maintain centralized project documentation, dashboards, and reporting tools to ensure full transparency for all stakeholders.
  • Process & PMO Optimization: * Continuously monitor project performance metrics (KPIs) and implement workflow improvements to increase the efficiency of the software delivery pipeline.

Job Requirements:

  • Junior / Coordinator (0-3 years): Highly organized with strong administrative, documentation, and communication skills. Possesses a basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and a strong desire to build a career in IT Project Management.
  • Mid-Level PM (3-7 years): Proven experience managing multiple IT projects simultaneously. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in running Agile/Scrum ceremonies and translating business needs into technical roadmaps.
  • Senior PM / PMO Lead (7+ years): Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale enterprise projects, programs, or portfolios. Capable of leading PMO strategy, standardizing delivery processes, managing crisis situations, and guiding C-level strategic alignments.

Skills / Tools & Technology:

  • Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, Lean IT, SDLC.
  • Project Management Tools: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, Miro.
  • Core Competencies: Stakeholder Management, Risk Management, Budget Planning, Resource Allocation, Business Analysis.

Professional Certifications (Highly Preferred / Advantageous):

  • For Project Management: PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner.
  • For Agile/Scrum Roles: CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), PSM I/II (Professional Scrum Master), PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner).
  • For Coordination/Foundational Level: CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), ITIL Foundation.
