Job Overview

We are looking for an SAP Consultant (PM / CS) to join our team and support implementation, customization, and ongoing support of SAP solutions. This role is suitable for both entry-level candidates with internship experience and junior professionals who want to grow in the SAP career path.

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation and enhancement of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) / CS (Customer Service) modules
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Configure SAP modules based on business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, Functional, Technical)
• Provide support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Assist in system testing (UAT) and deployment activities
• Prepare documentation and user training materials

Qualifications

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Business, or related fields
• Basic understanding of SAP (any module) or relevant internship experience
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have

• Experience or knowledge in SAP PM / CS modules
• Basic knowledge of ABAP programming
• Understanding of business processes (maintenance, service operations, etc.)
• Experience in ERP systems or system implementation projects
