A CEO with a strategic profile and execution capacity is sought to lead the next growth stage of a mining sector company. The position requires strong leadership oriented toward long-term value creation, with significant exposure to capital markets and experience in complex, dynamic environments.

The role involves acting as the company's primary representative before investors, strategic partners, authorities, and other key stakeholders, combining strategic vision with disciplined execution. The individual must operate comfortably in challenging regulatory, institutional, and political contexts, and lead a growing organization driven by exploration and project development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's overall strategy and its execution, driving growth and value creation.
• Steer the next phase of organizational development, particularly in exploration and early-stage development projects.
• Manage investor relations, including capital raising, strategic communications, and company positioning.
• Act as the primary spokesperson before investors, strategic partners, authorities, and other key audiences.
• Define and execute financing strategies, including equity and other capital alternatives.
• Oversee project evaluation and prioritization, including asset analysis and efficient capital allocation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with governments, regulators, communities, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Lead, motivate, and scale teams, fostering a culture of execution and high performance.
• Navigate complex regulatory and political environments, ensuring operational compliance and sustainability.

Requirements

• Experience and Knowledge:
  • Proven experience in capital markets, including financing, investor relations, and public company management.
  • Experience in mining or natural resources, ideally in exploration, project evaluation, or early-stage development.
  • Experience in greenfield exploration will be valued, especially in copper projects (non-exclusive).
  • Solid understanding of geology, project evaluation, permitting, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience leading growing organizations, business units, or projects.
  • Background in strategy and business development, including asset valuation and portfolio construction.
  • Work experience in Latin America, preferably in Argentina.
  • Ability to engage with government authorities, regulators, and local communities.
  • Knowledge of the Canadian capital markets (desirable).
  • Advanced English proficiency, both oral and written.
